• Accounts with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive and subject to a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 10.00, as outlined in the financial terms section.

Deposits & Payments

A vip456 accepts only payment methods linked to bank accounts or digital wallets held in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Pix — instant confirmation, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The Pix key must be linked to the registered CPF.
• Boleto bancário — confirmation within 1 business day after payment. Not available for live bets with immediate settlement.
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard accepted. Confirmation within 30 minutes for debit and up to 2 hours for credit.
• PicPay — confirmation within 10 minutes. Available for users with an active PicPay account.
• Mercado Pago — confirmation within 10 minutes. Available for users with a verified Mercado Pago account.

Withdrawals

Bonuses & Promotions

Sports Betting

When placing Sports Betting at vip456, the user acknowledges that outcomes depend on real-world events beyond the platform's control, and that betting carries an inherent risk of financial loss.

General betting rules:

• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be reversed, except in cases expressly provided for in these terms.
• The odds in effect at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply, even if they change afterwards.
• Live bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during the event for technical reasons or significant in-game changes.
• In the event of match abandonment or postponement, the specific rules for each sport apply. In football, postponed matches have bets cancelled if the match is not completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled time.

Before the account is closed, any available real balance will be transferred to the user via Pix or TED, provided there are no pending verification requirements or bonus rollovers.

A vip456 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following situations:
